The 4 digital e-commerce models:
B2B- Business to Business
- This refers to a business as a supplier selling to another business that will use the supplies.
B2C – Business to Consumer
- This refers to when a business sells their finished products/services to the customer.
C2B – Consumer to Business
- This is when the consumer sells a product for a business whether it be through advertising on a blog or a tutorial on Instagram. The customer usually gets paid for it.
C2C – Consumer to Consumer
- This involves the consumer selling to the consumer. A customer creates a product or service and sells it on a platform such as etsy, eBay or even gumtree to other consumers.
